Care Work and Mental Load Push One-Third of Women Out of the Workforce

According to the findings of the “Impact of Care Work and Mental Load on White-Collar Employees” study conducted across Turkey, women bear 60% of the mental load and 57% of domestic care work among white-collar workers.
