Powerful Partnership from HDI Sigorta and Fibabanka

Fibabanka, carrying out pioneering practices in the sector with its investments in financial technologies, and HDI Sigorta, the representative of German insurance giant Talanx in Turkey, agreed to sign a strong business partnership by purchasing the shares of Fibaemeklilik which is under the roof of Fiba Group.

HDI Sigorta, which has made a name for itself with its investments in the Turkish market, and Fibabanka, which continues to work with the strength of the deep-rooted experience of the Fiba Group in the financial sector, announced their new business partnerships that will take place after the official approvals. In this context, with HDI Sigorta's desire to provide services in the life and pension fields as well as non-life branches and participation insurance, they agreed to a partnership with Fibabanka, by HDI Sigorta holding the majority of Fibaemeklilik, one of the major players in the sector.

The parties also gave the good news of a new digital insurance company that will operate in the field of non-life insurance with equal shares by investing in technologies that can best meet customer needs and will serve all distribution channels of the sector.
