Fiba Ethics

You may access the “Fiba Group Code of Ethics Policy”, which guides the actions and decisions of all Fiba employees and shareholders, aligning them with Fiba Group’s management principles and ethical values.

Fiba employees are able to report suspected or contradictory situations via Fiba Ethics Hotline which is established to support the implementation of ethical principles. Notifications made by Fiba employees or third parties are kept confidential. The Fiba Holding Ethics Committee is responsible to investigate and develop solutions for notifications and complaints related to violations of ethical principles.

Employees should firstly notify the company's senior management, internal audit unit, if any, or their own ethics lines. Employees who believe their concerns have not been addressed, or who find it inconvenient to notify within their own company, may contact the Group ethics line.
