Fiba Equality First

As Fiba Group we are executing actions in different fields on gender equality, which is an indispensable factor in the economic and social development of our country.

We support women to have equal rights and opportunities with men by participating in initiatives that will contribute to gender equality as signatories and members. As a signatory of the United Nations WEP's, founding member of the Yeniden Biz Derneği and the 30% Club, we focus on the highlights of gender equality, and we take part in Yönetim Kurulunda Kadın Derneği to develop the women's executive pool within the companies.


The Group With The Highest Rates of Women Employees

We are proud to be one of the groups with the highest female employee and executive ratio in Turkey, and we care about our women employees! In Capital Magazine's "Women-Friendly Companies" list, we are ranked 1st in the "Group with the Highest Rate of Women Employees" category for 6 consecutive years, and we are in the top ranks in the "Women Employee Manager Friendly Group" category.

Fiba Equality First

Fiba İşimiz Eşitlik Platform aims to adopt gender equality at the corporate and individual level, to make it a permanent corporate culture by transforming human resources practices.

Within this scope, while the group-wide vision and policies are determined by the “Eşitlik Komitesi”, our employees “Eşitlik Elçileri” voluntarily carry out various equality-focused projects on women's employment, and career development, employee support mechanism, and similar issues.

Fiba Volunteers

Fiba Gönüllüleri, initiated by Fiba Group employees, has been implementing a wide range of projects for many years, ranging from mentoring younger generations and supporting those in need. Fiba Gönüllüleri leaves better stories for the future with their inclusive and sustainable program structure in which all our Fiba Group employees can take part and participation in volunteering activities is supported with various means.

FibaRunners

FibaRunners, which started chasing goodness for the first time in 2013 under the umbrella of Fiba Volunteers, has so far created funds by participating in marathons for more than 20 different non-governmental organizations.

FibaRunners has created awareness on education, health, gender equality, and many other issues with the steps it has transformed into support and has become a huge family with everyone who supports it with their donations.

Fiba Fikir Fabrikası

Our intrapreneurship program Fiba Fikir Fabrikası has been organized among our group companies and opens the door to the entrepreneurial world for our employees. As Fiba Group, we aim to ensure that the entrepreneurial spirit that lies at the root of our group is adopted by all our employees and that they make their way of doing business dynamic and competitive with Fiba Fikir Fabrikası.
