Groundbreaking Ceremony Held in Chișinău

The groundbreaking ceremony for the mixed-use project—developed by Fiba Commercial Properties and Summa and comprising two international hotel brands alongside a next-generation healthcare infrastructure—was held in Chișinău, Moldova.

Bringing together Moxy Hotels and Residence Inn by Marriott, both part of Marriott International, within a single development, the project aims to elevate Chișinău’s position as a regional center for business and medical tourism. The project will also include Medpark City Clinic, which will deliver advanced healthcare services aligned with international standards.

International Brands, Next-Generation Concepts

Within the project, Moxy Hotels stands out with its modern design and technology-driven service concept, appealing to a young and dynamic lifestyle. Residence Inn by Marriott, on the other hand, will introduce a new long-stay accommodation concept to the Moldovan market.

Another key component of the complex, Medpark City Clinic, will operate in integration with Medpark International Hospital, Moldova’s only private hospital accredited by JCI (Joint Commission International). Equipped with advanced medical technologies, internationally certified specialists, and global healthcare standards, the clinic aims to contribute significantly to health tourism in the region.
